Scholarships for Bangladesh students in the USA are out there with other grants available to study in the USA. USA scholarships for Bangladeshi students are also available for undergraduate, postgraduate, Ph.D., and postdoctoral students in different disciplines.

1. Maine Global Partner Scholarship at the University of Maine in USA, 2021

The University of Maine is delighted to announce the Maine Global Partner Scholarship for International students graduating from Maine high schools and applying to the University of Maine.

Host/Eligible Nationality: This is one of the Scholarships for Bangladesh students in the USA 2021. Other eligible international students can apply too.

Level/Field of Study: The scholarship is open for those pursuing an undergraduate level program in their chosen field.

Scholarship Worth: The scholarship is valued up to an amount worth US$12,000 per academic year.

2. IREX Europe International Undergraduate Students Scholarships in the USA, 2020-2021

The IREX Europe Organization is currently accepting applications for the International Undergraduate Students Scholarships. There are three types of scholarships hosted by the organization. They include; Tunisia Undergraduate Scholarship Program, Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Pakistan, Tunisia Community College Scholarship Program.

Host/Eligible Nationality: This scholarship is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government. It is one of the Scholarships for Bangladesh students to study in the USA. Also, students from Tunisia, Pakistan, Algeria, Libya, Middle East & North Africa, Asia can apply.

Level/Field of Study: The scholarship is open for students pursuing an undergraduate level program in their chosen field.

Scholarship Worth: The scholarship awards all programs providing the following support to students:

● J-1 visa support

● Round-trip travel from student’s home city to host institution in the US

● Accident and sickness coverage

● Tuition and mandatory university fees

● Room and board (housing and meals)

● A small allowance for incidentals

● A limited allowance for books

● A limited allowance for cultural enrichment activities

● Alumni networking opportunities

Application Deadline: All completed applications must be submitted by 11:59

p.m. EST on Friday, March Annually.

3. Endowed Scholarships for International Students at the University of Oregon in USA, 2021

The University of Oregon is glad to offer the Endowed Scholarships for out of us applicants. The scholarship is open for International students who demonstrate financial need and exceptional merit may apply for the Endowed Scholarships.

Host/Eligible Nationality: This is one of the USA Scholarships for Bangladesh students.

Level/Field of Study: The scholarship is open for those pursuing a degree level program in their selected subjects.

Scholarship Worth: The endowed Scholarships are from generous donors intended to support specific students. The average scholarship range is from $1,000 – $15,000.

Application Deadline: Unfortunately, the application portal for this scholarship is closed. However, the deadline falls on February 1 yearly.

4. Institute of International Education’s Scholar Rescue Fund in the United States, 2020-2021

The Scholar Rescue Fund is provided by the Institute of International Education (IIE) for applicants who have a Ph.D. or highest degree in their field and/or have extensive teaching or research experience at a university, college, or other institution of higher learning. Bangladesh students are eligible for this scholarship.

Host/Eligible Nationality: This scholarship is to be taken in the United States.

It is one of the Scholarships for Bangladesh students to study in the USA in 2021.

Level/Field of Study: The scholarship is open for those pursuing a Research degree program in any discipline.

Scholarship Worth: The scholarship program covers:

● IIE-SRF fellowship award includes a grant of up to US$25,000, along with individual health insurance, to support a visiting academic appointment of up to one year (renewable for a second year).

● The final fellowship amount is dependent upon several factors, including the location of the host institution, the cost of living, and the value of any additional contributions from the host institution of another source (s).

Applications Deadline: Applications are accepted at any time throughout the year and qualified applications will be reviewed by the IIE-SRF Selection Committee on a quarterly basis.

5. International Undergraduate Scholarships at Montana State University in the USA, 2020-2021

Montana State University is providing two International Undergraduate Scholarships such as the Office of International Programs Scholarship and MSU Presidential Scholarship.

Host/Eligible Nationality: These scholarships are hosted in the USA and they are USA Scholarships for Bangladesh students.

Level/Field of Study: The scholarship is open for those pursuing an undergraduate degree program in any chosen field.

Scholarship Worth: This scholarship program covers the following:

● Scholarship amounts range from $4,000-$20,000 per year for the Office of International Undergraduate Programs.

● This scholarship can be renewed annually if the student maintains a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale, enrolls in at least 12 credits and remains a non-resident student.

● Presidential Scholarships: Scholarship recipients receive annual tuition waivers, a generous stipend, and other unique incentives for each of four years.

Application Deadline: All applications for the Fall 2021 semester should be submitted on or before May annually.
